If you're talking about evidence of DCA working in a human, you may have a long wait before something definitive shows up.Most/all of the people taking the stuff seem to be also under other forms of anti-cancer medication or treatment so the first difficulty, in cases where a positive result was experienced, would be in determining whether it was the DCA or something else.
Among the other myriad difficulties is the fact that a lot of the self administrators aren't being tested very regularly. Or, that's my impression, anyway.
